Incomplete Three system heating tune up. Heat Pump. Tested amperage and voltage for blowers and heating strips. Inspected for refrigerant leaks and clogged drain line. Found that upstairs unit was not working tested for voltage and the transformer. Unit has a bad control circuit board. Garage unit reversing valve is not working.
