Saturday service call on a very cold day. Problem diagnosed and strategy for resolution presented. Quickly and competently. I have used this company for years and have never had a bad experience. From the moment you call and Misty answers the phone saying “How can we make you smile?” to the technician’s exit from your home you get great service from a local company.

Service with Joel was great,as always. The addition of an energy auditor was unnecessary. I would have appreciated being offered the opportunity for such an "audit" and the ability to decline it.

Hi voltage wires were shorted, due to power surge in the winter time. Repaired wires, ran check on everything. No other problems found.
Came out and performed maintenance on downstairs system. Completed full research the evaluation of AC equipment. Drain lines are clear and flowing properly. Have 18° split between plenums. Check filter, filter is good. Perform condenser cleaning. Capacitor is 40 / 5 microfarad rating. System is pulling 9 amps during run. 140 degree PSI on my low side 350 PSI on my high side. Arrived to find All sorts of issues with all 3 units but since I had no access inside sur to club being open will retun tomorrow. Customer owes for 3 diagnostics an will order a disconnect for the 1 system that's working. Diagnostic
Arrived to find system was working without the noise. Vacuumed out the flu pipe just in case. Can confirm heat is running at this time.
3 system Maintenance completed. Both of thr newer systems were checked and each had pressures and Temps within range. Caps, blower, drains, airflow were all checked and pressures were emailed to the customer. Downstairs system had fire damage due to the disconnect having space behind it and water went dien into the conduit which held the high voltage wire. Some with customer and dye to age of the system he would like replacement options instead of wasting money to repair. Tried to to service the unit but he didn't want me to since the disconnect was damaged so I don't how the unit is working. Can confirm 2 of the systems are working correctly at this time.
AC performance tune up times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Upstairs evaporator coil is leaking. Added three lb R22 to achieve 10° subcool. Verify primary drains are clear at this time. Test thermostats for proper operation. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels are good at this time. Testing capacitors and contactors on upstairs unit. Wash both condenser coils. Systems are cooling properly at this time.
Ac checkup on unit. Inside unit checked along with blower and coil. Condenser checked, air speed checked, fllter checked. Condenser was rinsed and freon was balanced. Compressor Amps, contactor and capacitor all.with range at this time. Suggestions are to fix the drain lines and add an attic tent
Flipped the power switch. Unit is working at this time.
Hey C check up on train unit we just installed. Both inside and outside units were checked pressures also within range temperature split is 17. Unit is operating a manufacturer specifications at this time. Recommendations are to fix the drain lines, lower blower speeds, and replace some registers.
Replaced filter. Noticed while doing so that the existing drain lines we tie into on installs run uphill and will cause a problem when the ac runs and starts to dehumidify.
Found no carbon monoxide detected in home. Robert stated he was getting carbon monoxide detectors today and I advised him where to place them.
Replaced leaking evap coil, supply plenum and drain pan - flushed drain - installed locking caps & HSK on c/u - installed Quick Blast
Arrived to find system working but in need of airflow adjustment. Customer has a register that blows on the thermostat causing short cycling which effects humidity. Customer will call to et up a time discuss fixing it with a comfort advisor. An confirm heat is running atthis time
AC performance tune up times one system. Treat drain line and change out filter clients applied for his clean effects. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Slab coil does have a leak in it. System needs refrigerant but David would like to charge it up if and when he decides to purchase a new coil. Check outdoor unit. Capacitors and contactors are within manufacturer specifications. Wash condenser coil. Test thermostat for proper operations.
Primary drain line broken behind 18 in return.. the 90 come loose from glue deterioration. Cut out small piece of decking in order to properly glue PVC. System draining properly at this time.

No problem monoxide or gas leak detected in home. Cottondale wire connections. Test thermostat for proper operations. PerFormed brief check out of air conditioner per the customer ensure that no damage was done from the freeze recently. System operating at manufacturer specs at this time. Change out filter client supplied.
AC performance tune up times one system. Removed and cleaned cleaneffects filter. Inspect blower, evaporator. Reset filter indicator on thermostat. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Wash condenser coil. Advised Dietrich that I will pull the tops off both condensers next summer and thoroughly clean inside. Test contactor and capacitor. AC maintenance x one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and thermostat. Tightened all wire connections. System has a good temperature drop. 20 degrees. Test thermostat for proper operation. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Cast capacitor and contactor. To wash condenser coil. I did not need to clean the electronic air cleaner so we will credit this trip to another trip. System operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Ac checkup on trane system. Condenser checked and capacitor checked along with compressor and fan. Customer wouldn't let me inside so only half the maintenance was done. Pressures will be attached to the I voice along with a recommendation for a hard start. Without ambient air Temps or a look at the furnace an accurate pressure reading is impossible. Can confirm ac is running g at this time. No charge for visit
replace wiring harness going to contactor
Complete 10 rooftop units filter change. 40 - 20 * 25 * 2– Dash 8 - 20 * 20 * 2 8 - 16 * 25 * 2. Unit on the northeast corner had insulation falling down on the inside. Remove panels and re-secured with spray glue
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time. Also checked surge protectors on outdoor units to make sure they didn’t fail from the rolling blackouts. Mrs. Christensen had mentioned that the master bedroom has been warmer than the rest of the house. I noticed that the systems for the bedrooms only has 1 return in the hallway, and the master bed isn’t in that hallway. I would recommend adding a return into the master bedroom. Also the main house system only has 1 return in the kitchen area. I would recommend adding one in the formal dining room. Mrs. has slim fit filters so I showed her the difference and explained that the air passes over the slim fits and not through them. She has a 20x25x4 and a 16x25x4.
824 installed and all system options checked including aux heat strips. All systems working at this time.
