I got the first time AC Pro free service at the Home and Garden show. The service is easy to schedule. The Technician Justin came in on time and went straight to work. He is friendly and taught me what I need to beware of for the outside AC unit, helped me replace my old air filter, and checked if everything is working properly. Our AC unit is 3 years old. Everything is working well. There’s no hard sell or catch at the end of the service. I am very satisfied with AC Pro.
Excellent Service!!

AC Pros arrived within a few hours and resolved the AC issue quickly. It’s comforting to know I have a reliable and professional company to call in a less than desirable position. Especially in this weather! Jeff did a fantastic job. Thank you!

2 system checkup on carrier gas units. Both systems have original furnaces which are over 20 years old. Both have capacitors that out of range. Blowers and inducer draft motors are pulling high amps and the main system has bearing failure. Both blowers are dirty and neither system has flood prevention. Master bedroom thermostat is original old mercury style and should be replaced. Customer uses home warranty and denied any repairs. It's highly recommended to replace both and the ductwork as the big system handles the small.part of the house and the small system handles the part.

System was Intermittently cycling off before reaching set point. Board gave error code for pressure switch fault . I replaced pressure switch and system reached setpoint 3 times . I did find some loose connections on board but at this time I do not see any signs that the board was compromised. System is operational. If more issues arise the board should be looked into .

Justin S.
Checked flame sensors and ignighters, replaced filters and performed co test as well as inspected flu pipe and blower motors .

2019 5 ton zone system Goodman. Cleaned coils checked drain line , turned both zones on to verify the board was operating correctly . Showed them where the filter should go (they were having to remove both return grills to put filter instead of just one inside unit . Checks pressures and got split temp of 21. They will discuss getting a membership and call .

AC performance tune up times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Check thermostat for proper operations. Tightened all wire connections. Verified primary drains of clear at this time. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels are good at this time. The Run capacitors are slightly below manufacturer specifications. The cost of the Run capacitors are $250.75 a piece. Wash condenser coils. Advised client to start using 4 in. filters.

Found system to have low charge , found loose Schrader that I tightened and added 1lb 410a. If issue persists then a leak check is recommended.

I spoke with the Customer and explained the situation again. He does not need Refrigerant. He needs more Capacity. I will discuss with Russ tomorrow doing a Whole House Load Calculation for the Customer to confirm the correct capacity needed.

I was Dispatched to a clogged Drain Line. I discussed the issue with and received permission from the Homeowner to install a Drain Line Isolator. I explained how the Drain System works and warned her the Drain sometimes clogs back up when cleared. The Customer asked that Misty contact her for payment.

I was Dispatched to assess a 4 panel mini-split. I found nothing wrong with the System. I believe it is insufficient for the space. I need to talk to Kevin and get him out there to bid a split System ASAP. He is considering cutting his losses and installing a new System and leaving the Mini-Split in place.

Completed diagnostic, found compressor not energizing. Installed Turbo 80/10 microfared and checked charge, everything is working Properly.

Jeff S.
Completed service diagnostic, fan motor was spinning backwards because of faulty run capacitor. Replaced part checked charge working properly.

Jeff S.
Performed 1 system maintenance inspection, washed down condenser coils, flushed drain lines, blower motor/fan and compressor amperage were good. Refrigerant levels, ductwork and all electrical components is good.

Jeff S.
Completed check on system, drop furnace down to 4 ton which matches the outdoor condenser. Also removed dirty filter, we need to schedule to come back and finish charging system properly. Right now my sub cooling is off affecting humidity. Reschedule for Tuesday morning Jeff only. Added 1.5 410a refrigerant has now 10degree subcooling. Humidity level 47%, 22degree differential. Everything is working great at this time.

Bob E.
I was Dispatched to a Home with Humidity issues. I found the System to be operating as intended. I lowered the Blower CFM from 400 CFM TO 370 CFM per ton. This will allow for more moisture removal. I informed the Customer the Local the Heat and Humidity are currently above the operating capacity of most Residential Systems.

Jeff S.
Up on arrival found system in hard lockout. Displaying error code 177.04, causing hi head pressure from dirty condenser coils. Washed condenser coils, everything is working fine at this time. Also recommended General maintenance on both systems .

Joel S.
Upstairs no cool. Found system low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and found slab coil to be leaking. Office will check availability and order and call to schedule date to change it out.

AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Joe is aware that the filters need to be changed. Verify primary drains are clear at this time. Check thermostats for proper operations. I checked outdoor units. Upstairs system is low on refrigerant.I advise Joe to get ready to purchase a new system soon. Given the age of the system which is 15 years old. At least 2 pounds low of refrigerant
