At AC Pros, our HVAC maintenance program makes maintaining your home’s heating and cooling systems simple. We have two levels within our Comfort Club, our Gold membership and our Platinum membership. Cooling Maintenance Services

33-point AC check & cleaning
Including: check/ clear condensate drain and rinse off outdoor unit.

Heating Maintenance Services

26-point heat check, cleaning & adjustment
Including: test for gas or CO leak(s).

*We will also replace customer supplied filter(s)

*Electronic Air Cleaners can be cleaned for an additional charge of $25 each unit/trip

Our Comfort Club is a great way to keep your HVAC system clean, functional and efficient all year round!

Gold Membership
- 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year.
- 24-hour priority emergency service calls - $85 diagnostic fee.
- 15% discount on repairs (parts & labor).
- No additional after-hours charges/ fees.
First unit $235 per year (or $19.58 per month).
Each additional unit $149 per year (or $12.42 per month).

Everything in the Gold Membership, plus:
- 24-hour priority emergency service calls - $45 diagnostic fee.
- Blower wheel cleaning (if necessary).
- 5% discount on new equipment.
- Full credit of any repair towards new complete system replacement (within 30 days of repair).
The first unit is $320 per year (or $26.67 per month).
Each additional unit is $189 per year (or $15.75 per month).
