I have always been pleased with the service I have received from A C Pros but the last two times someone else has come with the service man. I have the feeling that he is a salesman and is there to see what he can sell me. I’m really not comfortable with that. I think the service man is perfectly capable of telling me if I need a new part for my system.

Heating maintenance done and system has a 35 temp rise. All components within range and heating at this time
Maintainanence complete in 2012 trane. Need to return to install the thermostat.
Replaced existing system for master bedroom & kitchen with new Trane XV20I complete - Replaced 12 registers - 10 year Trane parts warranty - 3 year dealer labor warranty - 2nd & 3rd year maintenance agreement on new equipment
Post furnace install walkthrough. System properly wired and sealed. Checked to make sure heat would come on and it did.
Replaced existing furnace with new Trane 2 stage variable speed gas furnace
Colleen stated that water was coming from the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Try to look in attic to see where the source of water was coming from but there was no way to access that part of the house because it was a new edition. I climbed on the roof and found four spots where the water could have been infiltrating. Silicone all Spots where I believe the water could be getting in.
Arrived to find leak in the coil which was confirmed with leak detector. Comfort advisor will contact with prices to replace. Freon was added to keep them cooling and the will roll into the replacement. Drain lines are an issue as is the excess ductwork on downstairs return and recommend they be addressed when the leak is. Can confirm AC is running at this time.
Installed concentric vent kit for 90% furnace
Sound was coming from the refrigerant locking caps vibrating. Put back one of the original locking caps and sound went away. Also moved the lineset to not rub off of the lineset cover.
No cool in the workout area. Condenser not running. Checked all capacitors, all of them were like brand new. Check voltage at contactor. Had 0 volts. Mrs. Taten stated that she recently had a new electrical panel put in. Electricians are supposed to come back and label inside of panel. Maybe they forgot to hook something up.
The lock rotor amps and run load amp on the compressor are really high, pulling 80 - 90% of max per manufacturers specs. Hard start kit is weak and far outside of range. System working properly on AC mode at this time. Compressor staging board failed while doing the maintenance, so I replaced it for free.
Work completed. Had to replace the motor and the board. Can confirm AC is running at this time
Upstairs System cooling properly at this time. Added gold membership to upstairs.
Both inside and outside coils cleaned. Pressures and temps are perfect

Summer maintenance on single story trane unit. All pressures and temps are within range but system coil is dirty. Customer elected fornancoil clean but I'll have to return with the cleaner. Furnace checjked. Condenser checked and ckeabed. Caps within range. Temperature split is 17. Can confirm ac is running at this time.
Arrived to find blower motor bad. Conformed and ruled out control board with isolator. Customer has asked for a quote and comfort specialist is scheduled for tomorrow. No charge since its within the 30 days of maintenance
Arrived to find blower motor has failed. Bkkwer was isolated and board was tested yo make sure. Quote of 3920 for single stage and 4515 for variable speed was given. Can comfirm ac is not running at this time.
90% efficiency furnace flue is running through the existing metal flue. When the furnace runs the flue gas is hitting the metal flue cap and condensating back through the pipe. $795 for pvc concentric kit.
Cleared primary drain and condensate drain. Drain pan is rusted and blocking the flow of water thru the drain. As for now the primary drain isn't clogged and secondary isn't either. If we need to come back and clear the land and clear the drain more and vacuum the pan we will need to charge $235. Also showed Mrs. Keatts the bacteria growth inside of the air handler as well as the rust in the pan.
No cool. Upon arrival CFM running but compressor not. Shut off system to check capacitor and compressor windings. Windings are weak but compressor is not dead. Turned the system back on and diagnosed a bad txv.
No cool. Upon arrival I seen the second stage compressor frozen up. System also has no filters. System is low on refrigerant and has restricted airflow due to a dirty evap coil. Waiving diagnostic since customer is waiting on a quote we were supposed to send. I added customers email so we can resend the quote. System information is in last invoice.
AC performance tune up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator. Removed and cleaned blower housing and blower wheel. Test thermostat for proper operations. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Test capacitor and contactor. Thoroughly washed condenser coil. System operating at manufacturer specs up this time.
High humidity issue. Lowered fan speed to lowest setting. Set ERV run time down. Downstairs Tstat showed 45%. 90% of registers in home need to be changed to 1 ways or sidewalls. Taped up ERV duct in attic.
Foundb unit off, and dirty condenser coil. Water washed coil.
