We purchased our HVACS from AC Pros several years ago and have continued with their twice a year maintenance program. Joel has been coming to our home for quite awhile. He is very polite and friendly. Joel will also take the time to answer questions and educate us. He always gives us a heads up before he comes over and never rushes while he is at our home. Throughout the time I have owned my house (15 years), I have maintained a one year service agreement which included a spring (air conditioner) and fall (heater) inspections. During the recent sell of my house, the inspector reported to the buyer that both inside and outside units have been maintained immaculately. This speaks highly of the service that this company provides.

Same day I called for a check of my homes heat, they came out. Joel our tech was friendly and prompt and knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it!
Air Flow issues. Verified 2 of 3 units had fan speeds lowered deliberately. Reset fans to high. Living Rm is suffering. Need to have Jim come by and give quote for 3 systems damper install. And register change out. I will come by after job is completed and check charge.
Checkup on Lennox system. EveryThing working correctly at this time. Air temps and pressures were emailed to customer and airflow was adjusted. Can confirm ac is running at this time
Ac checkup on unit. Inside unit checked along with blower and coil. Condenser checked, air speed checked, fllter checked. Condenser was rinsed and freon was balanced. Compressor Amps, contactor and capacitor all.with range at this time. Suggestions are to fix the drain lines which I'll an estimate for in the invoice and to lower the blower speeds once customer replaces the registers. Can confirm ac is running at this time. One way curved blade size is 12x10
Second opinion on HVAC system. Check charge on system and found system to be low on r410a. It will probably take 2 to 3 lb to fill up system. System is a nine-year-old heat pump. I checked the amp draw on Startup. 13 amps on Startup and 9 when it was running. Run capacitors within manufacturer specifications. Check in attic and found all ductwork to be good. Filter is clean at this time. Michael will call later in the week 2 determine if he wants us to fill up system with refrigerant.
Arrived to find thermostats all calling for cool but zone board stuck with emergency heat on. With an emergency heat call board will dismiss any call for cool. All systems are run with 20 Guage wire and no control board in the air handler so everything is tied with wirenuts. Problems is there's 3 different size wires. All systems were checked and pressures are listed in the pics showing air and refrigerant readings. Poolhouse system has been riddled with issues starting with being incorrectly wired. Orginal issue was due to thermostat backplate calling for strips anytime the reversing valve was called. Since only heat was needed reversing valve was disabled but upon further diagnosing the heat strips have always been on just wasn't noticed until it was time for ac. A quote will be given to unwire everything to determine continuity on all wires to determine if new wire needs to be pulled. Thermostat was replaced today after heat strips were disabled along with aux wiring but dispute thi
Ac checkup. System checked and working at this time. Hard start kit, attic tent and Insulation are recommended and a estimate will.be attached to the invoice. Can confirm ac is working at this time. Outside temp is 60 Gold plan
Maintenance done on systems and wiring issue was addressed. Thermostat is bad in the pool house due to base energizing the ac whenever the heat strips are called. New thermostat is needed but system is working now along as the heat strips aren't engaged. Customer switched out his own registers and can confirm heat is running at this time on all units.
1050 is getting power but not coming on. New 1050 is needed and will be ordered asap. Possible we have one at the shop. Will check along with pricing.. Zoning and 1050 installed and fixed. Den 1050 is showing error code after I used to verify the other one wasn't working. Cuatiner has 10 pnl will check on warranty and coverage. Can confirm heat is running at this time

Arrived to find system was frozen outside and wired incorrectly. Customer was informed that heat pumps tend to freeze I these Temps and ill come back to check freon levels, defrost and wiring outside given the time of this call.. Customer currently has a fireplace and emergency heat which wasn't wired previous so return time may need to be pushed out if Temps stay I. The 20s. 4 system Maintenance plan purchased and house isn't even a year old but airflow will be an issue and why that is was explained as well. Can confirm the pool house has emergency only now.

Reinstall a Goodman furnace and coil along with adding a supply and return plenum. System will be up to code and have a permit. It also comes with 1 year a of our Gold Membership package. Price includes any charges for today. Install set for wed morning
Both systems working in heat mode at this time. Downstairs system showed 7PPM of carbon monoxide at supply register, upstairs showed 4ppm. Ductwork is breaking down in some spots and has duct board mixing boxes. Return plenum and ducts are dirty. I would recommend replacing this ductwork, or at least a duct cleaning. I would also recommend surge protectors because they protect your equipment at a low cost.
Post install walkthrough on recently installed new equipment. Verified all units are level and square. Proper Breakers are installed for outdoor units. First and second stage heat works properly on both units. It is too cold today to turn on the air conditioners. Will schedule to come back late March to check charge on units.
No heat. Condenser completely covered in ice. Had to thaw with my torch. Unit is Ameristar and the defrost cycle was turned off. I added 2 lbs R410A. Need to return and do a leak search.
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time. The evaporator coil for the downstairs system is really rusted out. This is also an R22 system that is 15 years old. I would recommend replacing this system. Both systems have a UV light that is burnt out. Both systems also have a lot of dirt in the ducts and return plenums. There are also duct board mixing boxes that are bleeding conditioned air into an unconditioned space. Recommendations: replace UV bulbs, look at replacing downstairs AC system, and duct cleaning both systems. Also would look at replacing duct board mixing boxes since they bleed air and attract rodents. I provided a brochure with all the services we currently offer and they had noticed we added windows to our services. I educated them on other windows we offer, and they are going to call back in the beginning of January to schedule a no cost estimate.

You can see the rafters in many spots. Also recommend duct cleaning. Returns are very dusty as well as the supplies. Also recommend attic tent for upstairs attic stairs. There is a gap at least one inch on the left side. I am leaving quotes for the attic tent.
replace circuit board with new OEM board
Found the board to be bad and replacement is being ordered. Price was given to customer who will wait till tomorrow to save the 150 same day replacement cost. Can confirm heat is ot running at this time.

Heat checkup on 3 Lennox systems. Pics of everything attached to call and only issues found were upstairs unit and the Master are both pitched away from the drains causing excess building in the coils. Recommendations are to clean those coils and level them correctly so they'll drain. Will attach the estimate and email. Can confirm heat is running at this time.
