We purchased our HVACS from AC Pros several years ago and have continued with their twice a year maintenance program. Joel has been coming to our home for quite awhile. He is very polite and friendly. Joel will also take the time to answer questions and educate us. He always gives us a heads up before he comes over and never rushes while he is at our home. We are lucky to have a great technician and that Joel is the only one AC Pros sends to our home for maintenance and service calls as well. Couldn't be happier!

Throughout the time I have owned my house (15 years), I have maintained a one year service agreement which included a spring (air conditioner) and fall (heater) inspections. During the recent sell of my house, the inspector reported to the buyer that both inside and outside units have been maintained immaculately. This speaks highly of the service that this company provides.

Same day I called for a check of my homes heat, they came out. Joel our tech was friendly and prompt and knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it!
Heat performance tune up times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Test all safety features High limits and roll out. Check heat exchanger for cracks found none. No carbon monoxide or gas leak detected in home. Tightened all wire connections. Tested thermostats for proper operations. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Reinstall a Goodman furnace and coil along with adding a supply and return plenum. System will be up to code and have a permit. It also comes with 1 year a of our Gold Membership package. Price includes any charges for today. Install set for wed morning
Both systems working in heat mode at this time. Downstairs system showed 7PPM of carbon monoxide at supply register, upstairs showed 4ppm. Ductwork is breaking down in some spots and has duct board mixing boxes. Return plenum and ducts are dirty. I would recommend replacing this ductwork, or at least a duct cleaning. I would also recommend surge protectors because they protect your equipment at a low cost.
Post install walkthrough on recently installed new equipment. Verified all units are level and square. Proper Breakers are installed for outdoor units. First and second stage heat works properly on both units. It is too cold today to turn on the air conditioners. Will schedule to come back late March to check charge on units.
No heat. Condenser completely covered in ice. Had to thaw with my torch. Unit is Ameristar and the defrost cycle was turned off. I added 2 lbs R410A. Need to return and do a leak search.
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time. The evaporator coil for the downstairs system is really rusted out. This is also an R22 system that is 15 years old. I would recommend replacing this system. Both systems have a UV light that is burnt out. Both systems also have a lot of dirt in the ducts and return plenums. There are also duct board mixing boxes that are bleeding conditioned air into an unconditioned space. Recommendations: replace UV bulbs, look at replacing downstairs AC system, and duct cleaning both systems. Also would look at replacing duct board mixing boxes since they bleed air and attract rodents. I provided a brochure with all the services we currently offer and they had noticed we added windows to our services. I educated them on other windows we offer, and they are going to call back in the beginning of January to schedule a no cost estimate.
Heat checkup complete and form filled out. No issues at this time
Healing performance tune up times three systems. Inspect burners, evaporators and ductwork. Tested all safety features High limits and roll out. Check heat exchangers for cracks found none. No gas leaks or carbon monoxide detected in home. Tightened all wire connections. Tested thermostat for proper operation. Home is in need of insulation in the Attic. You can see the rafters in many spots. Also recommend duct cleaning. Returns are very dusty as well as the supplies. Also recommend attic tent for upstairs attic stairs. There is a gap at least one inch on the left side. I am leaving quotes for the attic tent.
replace circuit board with new OEM board
Found the board to be bad and replacement is being ordered. Price was given to customer who will wait till tomorrow to save the 150 same day replacement cost. Can confirm heat is ot running at this time.
Whole house system Inducer fan motor amps-.47 amps Inducer fan motor capacitor- NA blower motor amps-4.39 Blower motor capacitor- NA Ingniter ohms- 53 ohms Customer stated he will change the filter Air proving switch- good High limit switch- good CO leveles- good Tighten all low voltage and electrical connection Checked ductwork- Good Gas valve is functioning properly Flame looks good Tighten all electrical connections Draining were fixed
Heat checkup on 3 Lennox systems. Pics of everything attached to call and only issues found were upstairs unit and the Master are both pitched away from the drains causing excess building in the coils. Recommendations are to clean those coils and level them correctly so they'll drain. Will attach the estimate and email. Can confirm heat is running at this time.
Replaced complete system for main area with new Trane 4T XR16 - Trane 10 year parts warranty - Dealer 5 year labor warranty - 5th year maintenance on new equipment
Cost of blower motor is $997. We will give 15% discount for that
Replaced complete MBR system with new Trane 3T XV18i - Trane 10 yr parts warranty - Dealer 5 year labor warranty - 5th year maintenance on new equipment
Heating performance tune up times two systems. Upstairs blower motor is defective and I was not able to do a maintenance on that furnace. Office is checking availability and price for that blower motor. Downstairs I checked Heat exchangers. No carbon monoxide or gas detected. Blower wheel seems to be coming apart. I noticed that whenever fan was at full speed. Recommendation is replacing both furnaces since they are almost 17 years old.
heat performance tune up on 3 systems. cleaned flame sensor and inducer port. Test all safety features High limits and roll outs. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Check for cracks in heat exchangers found none. No gas leak detected. No carbon monoxide detected. Test thermostat for proper operations. System operating at MFG specs at this time Recommendation are to fix the drain lines and change some registers to direct the airflow more effectively. Upstairs system is oversized and needs more supply and adding a register to handle the stairs was recommended. Cracks in the wood are from low humidity and the fish air vents were opened to help combat that. Any issues with changes made please call Jason.
Heating performance tune up times for systems. Clean all flame sensors and induce reports. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Test all safety features High limits and roll out. Check heat exchangers for cracks found none. No gas leak detected in home nor carbon monoxide. Filters are good at this time. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Forms filled out. Strongly recommend energy assessment to address reason the feels like temp is so high. Drain lines were corrected and heat is functioning properly at this time.
Heat performance tuneup x 4 systems. Inspect all blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Test all safety features, high limits and rollouts. Tightened all wire connections. All ductwork in the home has duct board distribution boxes that are leaking severly. Clean flame sensors and inducer ports. Test T Stats for proper operations. Upstairs temperature rise is 39° Downstairs 1 has 37° Downstairs 2 has 35° and Master has 46° temperature rise. Recommendations are changing out duct board boxes to metal Wyes. Systems are operating at MFG specs at this time.
Need 20x25x1 filter, clear and re run pvc, and new box coil drain pan (36x30). Need 10' pvc, fittings, p trap, and quick blast. Would recommend adding a float switch for overflow safety to both systems.
Heat performance tune up x 3 Systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Tightened all wire connections. Check heat exchanger for cracks on all systems. The two systems that control the main unit and the master bedroom both have issues. Both Heat exchangers on furnaces are very very thin On the master bedroom unit the pressure switch is inoperable. The circuit board has several burn spots on it due to the age of the system. Systems are 18 years old. Jairo to come give a quote for new complete systems and furnaces only.
Heat maintenance on 2 systems. All systems
Replaced grill, added return and replaced supply plenum in Media Room
Post install walkthrough on recently installed equipment. Verified primary drain is insulated and slope properly for proper drainage. Verified all ducks are filled at the plenum. Thermostat is programmed and operating properly. Check charge on outdoor unit. System is charged properly at 8 degrees sub cool. Leaving quote to change out 8 registers from three ways to one way.
