Preformed system maintenance on single system. The drain was clogged tripping the drain safety switch after clearing the trap then the rest of the line the system began to drain normally. The system was running an 18 degree temperature differential from intake to supply air at compressor speed 100%. Spoke with customer about a drain line rejuvenation due to initial location of the clog being in the trap.

That wore was tested to see if anywhere touching then tstat was replaced. Due to time time constraints it couldn't be programed so ill.need to return tomorrow to finish it. System will also need a belt for the blower. Please call.jason with any questions. Replaced the belt and got system up and running. Still needs work which I'll have to address on Tuesday. Ac is cooling at this time.

AC performance tune up times three systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Drains are flowing at this time. Refrigerant levels are good at this time. The system that controls the master bedroom is 30 years old. Sue has decided to go ahead and change it out. I have collected half of the full balance. 17,551 is the total. It will be going in on Thursday.

Performed to system, AC maintenance, replaced 20 x 25 x 4 air filters for the homeowner. Tightened all electrical connections at the indoor and outdoor equipment. Temperature split between the return and the supply was good. System for the right side of the house had high compressor start amps, recommended to homeowner that we install a 5 ton start assist kit to drop the amp draw under the LRA of a manufacturer. Homeowner Agreed to installing a start assist kit and compressor start amp draw is below LRA of manufactures all compressors, run load amps and start amps are within manufacturer specifications. As well as the fan motors amp draw capacitors are also within specs and rinsed condenser coils with water only set thermostats back to schedule.

Wasnt flame sensor , was actually the zone board that I replaced . System now working properly.
Justin S.
Found flame sensor bad . Need to return with one tomorrow
Justin S.
Checked filters and fl as me sensors and verified inducer motors were running properly and flu pipes were connected . Checked condensation lines and performed a co test. The 2016 upflow had some gaps around plenum so I sealed it up for customer. Suggested and spoke about Remy halo benefits but not interested at the moment .
Justin S.
Performed heat PM on 3 units . Changed filters , checked flame sensors and ig lighters and checked for any error codes . Inspected flu pipes and the overall operation of these units in heat . None of them had float switches and the oldest one has had some condensation issues in past so I installed one float switch for now and she will get the others next time.

I was Dispatched to replace the cool and heat relays.

Universal blower motor I was Dispatched to replace a Blower Motor On a RTU. I (We , Justin and I) replaced the Blower Motor. After installing the Motor I discovered the Motor was constantly powered. I found the Heat Relay stuck closed and the Cooling Relay coil was shorted. I temporarily wired the Blower Motor to run constantly until we can bring back the correct relays. The A/C will cycle normally. We also repaired the Server Room A/C as well. The new transformer we open. A factory defect.
