AC fan motor
Paul - Carrollton, TX 75007
Complaint was that the AC cooling fan was not operating. Information on the unit was provided to the tech and he thought that he might have a part to correct the problem. After coming to the property, he didn't have the necessary part. Charge for the visit was $95 for essentially nothing.

Heat performance tuneup times one system. Supply and install 20×20×4 filter. Found no other issues at this time.
Dispatched for a no heat. Arrived to find System would start and run. Verified all safety features were good. Ran heat cycle first and second stage multiple times. I could not get the unit to mimic the problem I had before. I pulled off the plug on the circuit board that all the safety features are tied into. Made adjustments to the board side. Advised Mark that was probably the problem since it was an intermittent issue. It was not an error code that would normally bring on the blower. System is 16 years old. I did find 2 ppm carbon monoxide in second stage. Client would like to let it run as long as possible. I advised him to get a carbon monoxide detector and place it near a return whether it be ceiling or wall.
Reinstall door and trim Need to return with new single light fixture for attitc
Cleaned filter , checked for co , inspected flame sensor and ignighter, made sure flu pipe was venting properly, checked for any error codes and condensation lines .
Heat performance tuneup times one system. Upon arrival gas was shut off to the furnace for some reason. I noticed the flex hose was loose on the flare side. I tightened it up and turned system back on and heater came back on and is operating properly at this time.
To get system running again it will need new heat strips and relays Need to get payment from daughter.
Checked flame sensors and ignighters, replaced filters and performed co test as well as inspected flu pipe and blower motors .
Heat performance tuneup times one system. Changed out client supplied filter. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. I checked all safety features hard limits and roll out. Second stage is disabled on the furnace today. I was recording 6 to 7 ppm directly in the airstream. I advised Jim that I disable second stage. He stated he would like to run it till it stops. Recommendation today is to change the furnace.
Installed new circuit board under warranty. System seems to be operating properly at this time.
Changed out outdoor temperature sensor. Thermostat is reading temperature correctly now
