Complaint was that the AC cooling fan was not operating. Information on the unit was provided to the tech and he thought that he might have a part to correct the problem. After coming to the property, he didn't have the necessary part. Charge for the visit was $95 for essentially nothing.

Dispatch for a no cool upstairs and downstairs. Arrived to find upstairs with a tripped breaker. Reset breaker and check capacitor. Run capacitor was way below factory specifications. Got that changed and checked the refrigerant charge and it seems to be cooling okay. It is 26 years old. Downstairs the condenser fan is running but the compressor will not kick on. Courtney's mother would like me to give her a quote for both upstairs and downstairs.
Apon arrival checked in with customer the following are my findings Found everything working properly at this time only recommendation is continual maintenance and changing the filters to Honeywell specific Customer understands and will do so
AC performance tuneup times one system. Change the filter. Client supplied. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Primary drain is clear and flowing at this time. Check thermostat for proper operations. Refrigerant level perfect at this time. Wash condenser coil. Advised Lynn that we would put her on the schedule so that I could come install a side discharge plastic top For her condenser.
Dispatched for a no call upstairs. Found the blower door not secured properly from the maintenance in October. When I reattach the door properly, the thermostat came on and started cooling properly. For this, there is no charge today.
No cool on trane unit we installed in 2009. Inside and outside unit checked and found the compressor has failed. 1 lb of 410 was added to show customer suction side remained the same. Can confirm only 1 ac is running st this time. Downstairs unit was replaced in 2022
Performed AC maintenance on one systems. Checked all amps. Tighten all connections and wire nuts. Cleared drains. Inspected coils. Checked refrigerant levels and temperatures. Cleaned condenser coil. All refrigerant levels and amps draws were checked at the CDA and are within manufacturers specs. Replaced both filters provided by homeowner 20x25x4 merv 11
Performed maintenance, one system for the home. Ductwork recently done, insulation recently done. Compressor was operating really loud. Tested with megohmeter and it read “bad”. Talked to homeowner about compressors life expectancy at this point not looking so good. He is interested in system replacement. Leaning towards BETTER option. He will talk to his significant other and get finances worked around to write check for system upgrade. System is turning on/off upon departure.
Walk-through complete. Pressures and air temps sent to customer and thermostat was set up and explained to the customer.
Completed maintenance check, washed condenser coils, flushed drains blower motor amps and Temperature splits is good. Run capacitor, compressor/fan motor amps are fine. Recommended start assist kit, declined for now.
Arrived to find system not running due blown capacitor on the outdoor unit. System is a 95 outdoor unit, 2020 coil and original furnace. Airflow and reasons for hot and cold.spots were discussed with the customer. Customer declined maintenance but was on working so didn't have much time to go over other issues or check on the 2nd unit. Can confirm ac is running but system has issues and maintenance is highly recommended.
Completed ac tune up on upflow heatpump.
Completed ac tune up and showed customer everything's I was doing each step to keep informed . Sending tune up form . Also recommended attic tent due to the thermostat being directly under attic access. Senior discount added .
1 system checkup on older unit. Inside and outside units checked. Customer has serious ductwork concerns along with half the unit being taped up. Drain lines, capacitor, thermostat and float switch were all handled today but system still has issues. Customer was walked thru everything and knows if he's replaces within 90 days he'll have a credit towards a new system. System pressures and air temps were sent and in ac system had a 21 degree split. Can confirm ac is running at this time.
AC performance tune up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Filter good at this time. Check refrigerant level. Check contactor and capacitor. Wash condenser coil. Vacuumed out inside. System cooling properly at this time.
System is a 2004 r22 system that I found leak in coil and about 3-4 lb low r22 with compressor pulling amps of 19amps . Talked to customer about his options and left with pricing because he has to decide if he will wait or move forward.
Completed ac tune up. System is a 2019 upflow gas Concord. Checked condensation line, inspected wire connections and board . Cleaned condenser coil and verified pressures were at 10 degree subcool . Delta t was 17 degrees. Filter was new , I did see alot of buildup in return under the unit and recommended customer shop vac it out in order to save on filters and also from dirt getting to system .
Estimate. They had a Maintenance done by another company and didnt like the tech and didnt have faith in his findings . I checked every thing on this unit and was getting a delta t of 4 degrees and my superheated was 71. I found very restricted and dirty with fiber glass evap coil as well as a leak in coil and air leaks all around plenum on both sides . I then sat down and gave customers info about the system options and also about our company. They have my cell number and ssid they would be calling here soon .
Completed 3 ac tune ups . Talked to customer about coming back out for an air balance. Climate care installed these units in 2019 .
Customers ds unit had frozen lines at condenser yesterday and no cool. Checked blower cap and blower motor, verified filter was clean and system had proper charge . System is running at manufacturers specs . I told customer if it happens again to film it .
One system checkup on trane unit. Inside and outside units checked and pressure with air temps given to customer. Customer has a clean air effects that's no longer working. Also has orginal ductwork and little to no insulation. All of which was discussed with customer. Outdoor unit was checked and washed and only issue found was with the factory hard start being out of range. Customer would like to replace the clean air effects but stated last time we were out he spent 900 so he has to wait until August. Can confirm ac is running at rhis time.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. These are unique units. The way the home was built. The air handler‘s are in the stairway. Pictures are documented in the photos. Client purchases own filters. They are 18x20x1. None of the ductwork is accessible. They are straight electric, straight air conditioning. Systems are possibly 11 years old. I added 2 pounds of R410A to the downstairs. I spoke with William about replacement. Mini splits will be the only way that we can condition this home.
Found transformer blown and blower motor burnt out on almost 20 year old system . Customer is buying new system with install on Friday.
Upon arrival check in with the customer of the following are my findings found in the system working however we will have to come back out tomorrow and finish system PM because of inclement weather please see pictures attached everything is working properly
Performed ac maintenance. Found evap coil with alot of buildup (told customer the same issue in October) .customer would like to get a evap clean and a ptrap added in a month or so when can afford .
