Arrived to find power to the outdoor unit not on. Breaker was turned back on and unit started cooling. Pressures and air temps were within range and sent to customer. As a courtesy the system was checked and I found a capacitor out of range and a contactor with pitting both of which were replaced. Highly recommend maintenance since they unit has been off for over a year and customer knows he needs to start preparing to replace. He just finished remodeling his house and since system is not having issues and cooling he's gonna finish thr remodeling then change the unit. Ncan confirm ac is running at this time with a 17 degree delta t.

Dispatched for a callback no heat. Upon arrival system was running. Spoke with James the contractor working on Marks home and explained it could’ve been technician error adjusting the thermostat. System is heating properly at this time.

Heating Repair - No heat; single system home. System is a 1998 year model. Circuit board is defective. Contacts are not closing whenever the sequence of operation for the heater is coming on. Office has ordered new part and should be in around Wednesday or Thursday.

I was Dispatched to a no cooling call. Upon arrival I found the A/C Condensing unit running very hot and drawing significantly elevated amps. At some point in the past someone cleaned the A/C Condenser and bent approximately 60% of the fins are completely bent over. There is little chance this unit could operate for very long with this much airflow restriction. According to the Tenant he replaced the filters and cleaned the A/C Condenser himself in an effort to make the System cool better. The Tenant also knocked out the drywall in the Garage under the Furnace. This has created a situation that could lead to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning by drawing in Products of Combustion from the Hot Water and the Gas Furnace. This can also allow Exhaust and Gasoline fumes to be pulled into the home via the open return. This open wall is also pulling in untreated air from the Garage. This System will not cool like this. The current equipment is a 17-year old Goodman 4-ton, 13 SEER, R-22 A/C with
