Zac Preformed inspection of building 18 units. was not told which unit but just building 17. I assumed that it was the heavily damaged unit. it is running but does look a bit low on refrigerant. there is no electrical cabinet door the motor is leaking oil. wires are too small for unit size. only option with us is to replace the outdoor units as there are numerous code violations for every system. the only storm damage looks to be that one unit.

Check thermostat for proper operations. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level is perfect at this time. Checked passer in contactor. System is cooling properly at this time.
