Refrigerant level is good at this time. Check capacitor and contactor her. Capacitor is at 80 ÂµF. Wash condenser coil. System is operating at manufacture specs at this time.
Completed maintenance inspection, washed condenser coils, drains are clear. Refrigerant levels are in range. Everything is. Working fine. Customer has a Remi Halo issues, will call him back next week with resolution.

No cool upstairs. Found blower motor not working. Changed out the 12.5 ÂµF run capacitorâ€˜s. Motor would not come on. I pulled motor out and brought out to my van and cleaned the inside of the motor. This will not last this is only a temporary fix office to get price for new blower motor
No cool downstairs. Installers had broken low-voltage wire to outdoor unit. Made necessary repairs system came on and operating properly at this time. Extra time due to Robert and I discussing possible duct changes to his home. No charge today

It is going to need to be changed within the next week. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Checked capacitors and contactors. Main run capacitor was swollen and defective. Hard start capacitor had a burnt wire. System should not have been running but it was. Replaced capacitor with turbo 200. Run capacitor comes with a five year warranty. Wash condenser coil thoroughly. System cooling properly at this time.

No cool on upstairs unit. Diagnosed two days last week with no luck. Downloaded the call cloud for HVAC that Amanda has to offer. Outdoor unit is not getting voltage. Control wire is broke someplace. Will need to run new wire in order for system to operate. I treated drain lines since Robert said the downstairs wasFlowing into the emergency. Office will call and schedule date to do control wire. Given the circumstances of the heat weâ€™re having I am not sure when we can do it. Cost is $750.

Clear primary drain line so that float switch wood on trip and air conditioner will come on. Cleared with nitrogen in AC came back on and working properly. The UV light that's installed now is a fluorescent. Cole did not leave the LED version. The fluorescent bulb is working so I told Michael if there was a price difference we would make it up to him somehow.

Replaced dome sensor. While replacing I found that it was chewed through by a rodent. Charging labor not part per Misty. Also diagnosed a failed LED Reme halo.

Flying change out filter themselves. Program thermostat to acknowledge auxiliary Heat. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Tested defrost cycle. Tested capacitor 38.8 microfarads on the compressor side five on the fan side. Wash condenser coil. System operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
System working properly in heat mode. Reme halo is not functioning at this time. Found a bad transformer. Replaced transformer and Reme halo did not come back on. Will fix new hen I return Friday. Thermostat has ERR 067.04 (dome temperature sensor). Drive is sending 3.2VDC to dome sensor. Dome sensor has no resistance. Diagnosed a bad dome sensor.

Heating checkup on 2 Trane units. All temoertures and pressures are within range but airflow was an issue and on both systems theybwerenset down to the lowest cfm possible. Follow up on diamonds service call on 8:16. Inspected unit while it was running. It is a 3 ton unit pulling 11.6 amps. Run capacitor with 44 .4 + 5. Cabinet had many loose screws on it. Tighten all screws and replace some with bigger screws. System is more quiet at this time. No charge today since I did not make any kind of repair.
No cool. Follow up from Damon. System was grossly overcharged. Recovered 7# R410 A. Changed out blower motor and module. High pressure switch was stuck open not allowing contactor to engage. Found no leak on evaporator. Office will credit bk monies Damon charged.
Installed LED Reme Halo with air proving switch. Post install walkthrough. All duct installed correctly and hung high and tight. All connections sealed properly. Condenser is set level. Added 2lbs of r410a to get proper subcooling.
Found downstairs system low on R420a charge. With customer approval. Recharged system.
