Replaced both Turbo run capacitors on East and West condenser. Also customer purchased gold membership for two systems. 1st visit will start in the fall.
Arrived to condenser unit off and breaker in disconnect tripped. Open disconnect and found high voltage wire and sure protector wire loose rewired it. tested capacitor and hard start kit. Hard start is sitting range. Capacitor on the compressor side is weak advised MR. Adkins to replace he decided to wait it off. Turn condenser on and let unit run system cooling properly.
Copper lines were vibrating in wall outside Masterbedroom, adjusted condenser away from wall, decreased sound. Also replaced insulation on suction line.
Perform 1 system maintenance checked pressures split advised customer filter needs to be replaced. Washed condenser coil system is cooling properly however duct are damages and ripped apart customer stated she had someone come out and replace duct but not all were replaced there still a lot Grey flex not insulated properly attic insulation is also low recommended Jim out here Monday morning
Completed maintenance check, drains are clear, condenser coils are clean. Change out filter on downstairs, upstairs System is losing efficiency, 20yrs. Old Recommended replacing it, declined right now.

Completed A/C check on garage system. Everything was functioning and cooling properly. Temperature split was 16.5 in range. Upstairs system 21 degree differential and downstairs 19 degree differential.
System was frozen solid, we will schedule to come back and rediagnose tomorrow. Completed diagnosis, expansion valve is bad causing low suction temperature and system to fall into freezing. We need order part and reschedule asap. 4TXCC009D3HCAA. S#20182RKBCG
Performed A/C maintenance inspection, filters and drains were fine. Washed condenser coils, run capacitors and start assist are in range, refrigerant levels and sub cooling are also good. No problems found.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Moved downstairs thermostat over 12 inches for Michelle. Test both thermostats for proper operations. Treat both drain lines with drain solutions.Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels are good on both systems at this time. Test capacitor and contactor on downstairs system. Upstairs has the drive and has no contact her or capacitor. Wash both condenser coil â€˜s. System is operating at manufacture specs at this time.

Completed maintenance inspection: Washed condenser coils, all blowers / fan motors and compressor amps were good. System is working great.
Completed diagnosis, condenser fan motor is grounded and seized up, on 4 ton living room unit. Replaced 2 speed fan motor, oem.
Clear primary drain line that serves the upstairs bedrooms. I found the drain had a belly in it due to a duct laying on it. I supported the dock and raise the drain so that it has better fall. Also the travertine tile outside where the secondary is draining to is rusty. Need to bring my pressure washer and clean that off. Another secondary line had come loose. I re-glued. System is draining properly at this time.# no

Washed condenser coils, Drains are clear, replaced downstairs filter. Blower and compressor amps. Run capacitors, all electrical components are in good shape.

Flushed drains, cleaned condenser coils, installed Turbo run capacitor on main unit. Changed out media filters, refrigerant levels are good. No problems other problems found at this time. Customer will call in to renew membership.

Pvc that I glued yesterday was still sealed sheet rock on the opposite side of 2x4 still wet causing water to get to pvc fittings
I see performance tuneup times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Verified primary drain is clear at this time. Change out filter client supplied. Checked thermostat for proper operations. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Test capacitors and contactors. Replaced hard start capacitor and potential relay. Both were defective upon arrival. Wash condenser coil. System operating at manufacture specs at this time.
