Service here in March showed the service code still from the October service where was told a sensor was giving bad readings and needed to be replaced. Part never got ordered and Craig said he reset it and it didn’t need to be replaced. Did a very basic check, didn’t find any issues. The last several Technicians had gone above and beyond to do a thorough check, explaining everything they were doing and offering service tips to help the system run smooth. Disappointed today. When I checked the system after Craig had left the error was showing.

Collin is great and a real asset to AC Pro’s. Very knowledgeable and professional and we really appreciate all he has done for us.

Installers did not make safety a priority. Installers do not use finesses when working in IT rooms. Installers for the same company but different trades do not talk with one another. Does not reflect well on vendor company. Some guys were better to interact with professionally others not so much.

I’ve done to expect “above and beyond” service with AC Pros and this was no exception. Mr. Schmitt checked over our whole system, explaining what he was looking for and why. Helped figure out a couple of minor issues and ordered a preventative maintenance part. Was very thorough and spoke highly of the other techs that have installed and worked on our system as well as AC Pros as a company. I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for continued great service!

Collin was very professional and knowledgeable about my system. He arrived at the appointment time. He quickly performed a zone control board replacement for me. My house was back cooling in no time. Thanks AC Pros for you help. Oh and the quoted price did not change. I really appreciate that!

We had a clogged drain and technician unclogged it. Most responsible technicians would know when you unclog a drain there is going to be some residue. This is what our guest bathroom looked like after Zach unclogged the drain. We did not discover this until after he had left and he should have checked for this knowing that it would happen. Most professionals would have put a towel over that sink with something heavy on top of it so the residue would not splatter everywhere. Zach was not professional and also came with a real attitude to begin with. Would not recommend Zach to anyone. 10/1723. In this post I was very hard on AC Pros but the owner of AC Pros reached out to me to apologize for this situation and ask me how they could make things right. I told him since the debris was on the walls of the bathroom, the bathroom would need to be repainted. Without hesitation he set it up to have our bathroom painted immediately without any cost to us. I was extremely impressed with this and turned my whole opinions around about AC Pros. It showed they truly care about their customers! The technician that night might have been having a rough night as we all do, but knowing ownership of AC Pros would do this to correct the situation changed my opinions of the company and would definitely recommend people to use AC Pros.

Not impressed with AC Pro at this time. Had very expensive new Trane system installed today and is not working correctly. Need to get a new part from Trane. Very disappointed at this time.

Friendly and efficient service

Called before technicians came out to ask about cost and service. I have R22 freon and was quoted between $100.00-$150.00 per pound with no service fee by a young lady who answered the phone (didn't get her name). I agreed and scheduled for them to come out. The guys came and talked about what's going (possible leak in system). I rent my spot and the landlord will not pay for any repairs, (small business owner here). Both guys took around 10 -15 minutes inspecting the unit with NO visible equipment and came back with a quote of $2296.70!!! WTH!!! $569.07 for 1st pound with $517.53 for an additional 3 pounds of R22 Freon!!!!!! This is CRAZY!!! SCAM. Then proceeded to try an upsell me a whole new unit for over $15,000.00!!!! I kept my cool and informed them I was not told of this and refused anymore service. They billed me for a service fee of $120.00 WHAT!!! All for a 10-15 minute glance and 4 pictures they took of the unit outside, which is on the ground and easily accessible. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I had a coupon for $50.00 off and they were hesitant to apply it but, eventually did and I paid $79.90 for them to look at it and tell me what I already knew!! The old company I used sold the business and retired and this SCAM of a company took over the accounts. PLEASE whoever reads this - DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Google the reviews, looks like I'm not the only one who has gone through something similar. DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nicholas and (Paul?) were absolutely awesome. They arrived about 6pm, but no "overtime" charge, we're quick, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely be using ACPros again and recommend them to anyone else in need of HVAC work.

The young man who serviced our AC was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The prices were ridiculously high. We will not use them them again.

I will use AC pro again largely based on Emmanuel's thoroughness and kindness.

My AC was out late on a 100 degree day. The service person fixed the issue in around 15 minutes.

Nicholas quickly diagnosed our AC problem and was able to replace the capacitor on the spot. Grateful for the weekend service!

Nick did a great job! We had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all our questions and did not rush us in anyway. Very obvious that Nick is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the AC Systems. Was also very professional and courteous.

AC Pros won my business after checking on our system that another company said needed to be replaced. Was told it still had some good years, ran another 7-8 years after that. Grateful for honest service.
