No call rooftop unit. System has a wireless thermostat. It was stating that the system had lost communication. Went to Roof and found transformerDefective removed and replaced with new 75 VA transformer. System came on and operating properly at this time.
No cool. Client had let the batteries expire in the thermostat which ruined it. Removed and replaced with Trane 824 Wi-Fi thermostat. System cooling properly at this time.
Post install walk-through on recently installed equipment. Checked the units in the attic and verified both are level and drains are flowing properly. Check the thermostats for proper operations. Started up heat on both units. Check charge on units. Adjusted both systems to an 8° sub cool. Installed wall plate for upstairs thermostat. Systems are cooling at manufacture specs at this time.
AC performance tuneup times three rooftop units. Clean all condenser coil‘s and evaporator coil‘s. Toilet out all drain lines. Checked charge on all three systems. Added 2 pounds between all three systems.System is cooling properly at this time.
Could not find the problem, checked all low voltage and hi voltage connections. Have come back with Joel tomorrow. Please reschedule.
Re-strap for supplies to better access attic space. Removed return from Plenum and ran over the supplies to give extra room. The UV light for the upstairs is defective. We will call and schedule day to return with new one
Perform 2 system maintence changed both filters washed coil downstairs system is currently cooling properly. Upstairs system is low on refrigerant gave David several options he opt for letting the system run and call us later to add refrigerant and get system replacement qoute he had to speak with his wife before setting up an appointment he upgraded to platinum membership both systems
System was low on R22 freon, added 2 pounds R22. Also return filters need to be changed on all three units. Need four 20x25x2 and two 16x25x2, Misty has credit card on file.

Checkup on 2 trane units. Airflow was discussed and airflow correction suggestions were given to customer. Both units were washed and filters changed. Only suggestion is to have both drains redone to help with clogging will leave an estimate. Can you confirm both units are running at this time.
Arrived to find thermostat issue was the problem.
No heat. Upon arrival checked the sequence of operation and system turned on fine. Tested all voltages and amp draws on inducer, blower, board, and gas valve. Everything was within specs. Cycled the system from the thermostat to make sure I was getting proper voltage. Thermostat is sending proper signal. Checked temperature delta between supply and return and it is within manufacturers specs. System heating properly at this time.
3 systems $485.00 per year per system. Quarterly filter change
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time. Master bedroom system also serves Marc’s office. This system does not have a filter base at the furnace. It uses a 20x25x1 return filter in the hallway by the master and a 1x1x1 in Marc’s office. The return in the hallway is pinched off which reduces the encounter of air returned (picture added). I also noticed that the thermostat for this system is in the hallway between both rooms, which can give in accurate temperatures for the rooms it serves. I would recommend relocating the thermostat into the master bedroom and adding a wireless temp sensor in the office.
Heating performance tune up times two systems. Clean flame sensors, inducer ports and burners. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Test all safety features High limits of rollouts. Check heat exchanger for cracks found none. Tightened all wire connections. Test thermostat for proper operations. No gas leaks or carbon monoxide detected at this time. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Heating performance tune up times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Tested all safety features High limits and rollouts. Tightened all wire connections. Check heat exchanger for cracks found none no carbon monoxide detected in building. No gas leaks detected in building either. Chamber side need a new secondary drain pan before summer time. It is Rusted severely almost to the point where water will leak through. Did Air Balance for chamber side. Both systems are 20 years old. They are Amana systems. Model #CDB100A. No charge on the maintenance has today. They are complementary via Jim Bradley
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time. The master bedroom system has a 5†filter base. Informed Mr. Bedell that the 4†filters won’t fit.
Heat performance tune up times two systems. Cleaning flame sensors and induce reports. Clean burners on both furnaces. Test all safety features High limits and roll outs. Tighten all wire connections. Change out filter client supplied. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Heat performance tune up times five systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Cleaned all evaporators with solution. And make sure all are draining properly. Had to be extra careful do to units directly above clients getting their hair done. Testing all heat strips. All five Air Handlers have 10kw heat strips. Test it all thermostats for proper operation. Supplied and changed out all 5 20 x 20 x 1 filters. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
No cool. 5 ton system has a Low pressure cutout. I bypassed and Added 2 lbs of r-410a. Told Mr. Porter if there's another issue well have to do a leak search. He Had his roof replaced last week and said issues didn't arise until then.
Evaluation on 5 Air Handlers that are not draining properly. On a service call before there was A slime buildup in all air handlers. All Air Handlers do not have enough slope towards drains. All units are level long ways as they should be but they should have proper lift to drain away water out of the primary drain pan. Attached to the invoice are videos that I took and pictures. I spoke with Lori, her husband Mitchell and an attorney at the time of this call. I advised them that the original AC contractor should be liable for this. If AC Pros are to make the corrections, it would require three men two full days of Labor. Commercial labor $1200.00 per day for 2 men. So at a minimum the charge would be roughly $2400.00 to correct this problem
Old sensor removed and new one was installed. Can confirm tstat recognized sensor and system was cycle d in and off
