Hopeful, but disappointed.
David - Bedford, TX 76021
I was referred by a close friend. I was willing to pay a bit more based on their recommendation. The install was delayed for 3 days for the parts to come in, but post installation I was told the post install crew would need to install parts they did not have on the install day. This was disappointing. Post install crew came by and informed me the install was not correct and I would need to schedule another install crew to correct the install, then have a post install crew come back out post the correction. I should share that this was not the lowest quote I received when researching. I was told in my assessment/estimate that AC Pros would not the cheapest, but their professional standards and support were worth the investment. Every employee I have dealt with has been pleasant, but I have not seen enough to feel comfortable or come anywhere close to being able to recommend AC Pros. Honestly, I feel I paid premium pricing for sub-standard results. Again, the people I have met have been pleasant, but the work could have and should have been better.

Performed maintenance on both systems that we just installed. I got the temp with my temp probe and Caliberated the thermostat which was 3 degrees off . I did notice the primary condensation line after about 3 ft goes at a upwards slope and level at some parts with about five couplings from over the years . Customer said it has been draining fine and declined th repair as of now .

Justin S.
Gutters were clogged and iced over so when it rained again the water went right down into condenser and created thick ice that the fan blade was tapping . I removed top of unit and cleared out the ice and started the system up and it's now running to manufacture specs

Justin S.
Completed heat tune up form and emailed customer. They weren't feeling enough heat in bedroom so I adjusted register to allow air to blow towards the bed .

The nature of the call was no cool downstairs. The office area was not getting enough air flow. Dampered other ducts to get more flow to office. Also strapped up

Checked both new systems in ac and heat and looked over everything that was done . Downstairs tstat is a few degrees off soweto need to swap it out . There were also some concerns about the insulation that was blown in and a part of the house that didn't have much .

I was Dispatched for a no cooling call. The Customer states the Brand New System has never worked right. He states we were just here and now the “computer†in his Furnace is broke. His drain line was clogged. The overflow safety switch was momentarily cutting out. This killed power to the Thermostat. Because the system is a communicating system the entire system would reboot when the float rose due to the clogged drain. I blew out the drain line with nitrogen. I ran simple green through the line with water to clean any sludge out. The Customer is of the opinion this is a warranty. He says the system is new, under warranty and we were just here to service. That is your call, not mine. Everything appears to be operating as expected. At this time!

11:08 pm, pitch black, hot and muggy! And we are here to keep you cool!

No cool heat pump system. Arrive to find 70+5 µF run capacitor dead. Replaced with turbo 200 X. System came on and cooling properly at this time. Kelly is going to try to get landlord pay. If not he will pay for it Monday.

Joel S.
No cool. Found condenser not running where thermostat was set to cool. 87° upon arrival. Went to outdoor unit compressor and fan off on internal overload used water hose to cool down compressor and motor. Run capacitor rated at 55+5 was dead. Installed New turbo 200 run capacitor. Part has five year warranty. .Turn the unit back on and checked charge. Added 4 pounds of our 22. Checked amp draw on motor and fan. Compressor pulling 14 A, fan pulling 1.2 A. Turned on other system just to verify that it is operating properly. Both systems are cooling at this time.

Joel S.
AC not keeping up. Condenser coil was partially blocked with dirt. Used water to rinse off. Checked in attic and found that filter door had half inch gap all the way down letting attic air into the condition space. Put tape on to cover up gap and temperature dropped came down to 19°. System is cooling properly at this time. No charge since Jeff was just here last week.

Jeff S.
