We Now Have Great Heating and Cooling
We replaced 2 heating/cooling systems during a freezing and cold day. Daniel and the team ripped out the old and put in the new systems, and we now have great heating and cooling. It is comforting to see all the technicians were competent, skilled, and professional! The team answered all the many questions I had, thanks! A special thanks to Daniel and his colleague (was it Clinton?) as we had an issue with upstairs, as the vents far away from the unit didn't blow much air. He climbed all the way up over the master bedroom and did some magic, and now it works perfect - what a change!

Shout out to service tech, Jimmy. He did a Saturday service call on the AC and found a dead rat killed by the fan blades. It was a bloody mess, and not only did he clean the AC unit, he took the rat with him to throw it out elsewhere. He was super polite, very thorough (in addition to the rat, he checked the entire system to make sure it was in working order), and conscientious (took pictures and video). He easily could've said, "Not my job, ma'am," but he went above and beyond and provided excellent service at a fantastic price. Thank you, Jimmy and AC Pros...highly recommended!
