Great Service Without Hassle
The great service starts when you call. No irritating automated menu to work through, a polite, real person answered after only a couple of rings. The professionalism continued when the technician (Emmanuel) arrived later in the day. Emmanuel diagnosed the problem quickly, took care of picking up the replacement part needed, with the intent of returning to do the repair a few days later. Due to an additional problem that occurred the day after his visit, I had to call AC Pros because at that point, my a/c was completely non-functioning. Emmanuel returned to do the planned repairs, and had to spend about 1 hour to pick up a replacement for the part that had ceased functioning after his first visit. Despite the fact that he was here on his planned day off (and his son's first T-ball game that day), he was calm, polite and friendly the entire visit and was thorough in completing the work needed.

I'm glad I got the suggested heater checkup. It identified critical problems. I needed a new HVAC system. They offered a variety, explained the differences, and recommended a Trane system. After I chose, they returned the following day and replaced everything, inside and out! The installation crew members were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer all my many questions. They followed up a few days later to confirm everything was done properly and walked me through features and how to use them. I'll definitely use AC Pros in the future and highly recommend them.
