From the review and quote to the final installed product, the people at AC Pros were fantastic. I felt like Richard was giving us the information we needed with no BS. I had researched what I could about HVAC and knew what questions to ask. I never felt like he was condescending to me, a mere woman. Even though he could have upsold us, we didn't have a money issue, he chose to tell us the minimum system would get us the SEER rating we wanted. We went with a higher level, but appreciated his honesty. The install team arrived at 9 and covered our floor before starting any work. Our attic is a MESS, very tight, and the old system was installed in an inconvenient spot. They efficiently removed it and a lot of the old rigid ductwork. The new system was in about 10 hours later. They cleaned up all the old equipment and swept the floors, even the garage.
