The install crew worked very hard today to remove and replace our failing AC and gas furnace. They were careful, neat, and efficient. Unfortunately, at the end of the project, the thermostat failed to control the system. Troubleshooting will take place in days ahead. Update: Technician came out the next day and found a fan in the new system to be defective. This was replaced, and all is good. We love our new AC/Heating system. Thanks, AC Pros!
