Jeff is a Fantastic technician
William - Grapevine, TX 76051
HVAC unit leaking massive amounts of refrigerant for 2 years. Refrigerant regularly being added, sometimes $800 - $900 dollars worth at a time and sometimes at no cost to me but prior technicians never found any leak. Finally Jeff came out, recharged the refrigerant late one evening and found the leak. Thank you Jeff! My Hero!

AC performance tuneup times two systems. Client changes his own filter. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Drains seem to be flowing freely at this time. Both upstairs and downstairs furnaces were changed out in 2018. The evaporators and condensers are 2008 models. The upstairs is running higher amps Than it should because of the age. We cannot guarantee there will not be a breakdown on a 15 year old system. I am leaving two quotes, one for just upstairs and one for both downstairs and upstairs. Systems are also the old refrigerant which runs almost $500 a pound.

Justin S.
Performed ac tune up . No recommendations at this time .

Justin S.
Heatpump-checked filter, checked blower motor amps and inspected wiring and ducts .cleaned condenser coils and checked pressures

Justin S.
Checked flame sensors , igniters, inducer amps and blower amps . Made sure flu pipe was venting properly and checked for co and gas leaks as well as condensate lines and duct work . Filters were already changed . Systems were showing no past or present alarms . I did find the insulation in the Downstairs unit had come loose and was smothering the blower motor causing less airflow and high amps so I removed this and informed customer.

Justin S.
Found gas valve turned off in unit , turned on and system is heating.

Justin S.
Heatpump, cleaned condenser. Checked for any alerts or alarms . Made sure pressures were good and that reversing valve was operating as it should. Changed filter and got amp draws of compressor and fan motor that were within range .

Joel S.
Heat performance tuneup times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Tightened all wire connections. In second stage the heater was emitting 2 to 3 ppm of carbon monoxide. I advise clients that it is the beginning of the end for their furnace and possibly their system. It is 17 years old with original motor and circuitboard. Check thermostat for proper operations. Recommendation today is to change out the furnace. When systems are above 15 years old they are very unpredictable. One minute they will be running fine in the next minute they will not be running.

Joel S.
Heat performance tuneup times one system. Changed out customer supplied filter. Inspected and tested heat strips. Verified thermostat is operating properly. Check compressor heat. Refrigerant level good at this time. Check defrost cycle. Tightened all wire connections. System is operating at manufacture specs at this time.

Justin S.
Performed heat PM. Changed filter ,,checked blower motor and inducer, cleaned flame sensor and observed in heat mode to verify everything is venting and working properly.

Justin S.
Changed filter, inspected ducts and condensate line , system is a heat pump so I cleaned cond coils and checked pressures . Ran in heat mode making sure reversing valve running correctly .

I was Dispatched to a no cooling call. Upon arrival I found the Upstairs System had a defective Dual Run capacitor. I replaced the capacitor with a Universal capacitor. Both System’s need to be thoroughly cleaned and serviced.

Bob E.
The Capacitor we installed was Defective. I installed a new Capacitor and rechecked System operation. Everything appears to be functioning as expected. At this time. I informed the Customer to be aware that a significant number of Compressor’s and Fan Motors fail soon after the Capacitor is replaced on older System’s. He understands and appreciated the advice!

Maintenance X 1. I cleaned and serviced the System. Everything appears to be functioning as expected. At this time.

I was Dispatched to a call for a clogged Drain Line. I added a Drain Line Isolator. I cleared the Drain. I used CO2 and Dry Nitrogen. It is draining well. At this time.

I was Dispatched to a Drain Line clog. Upon arrival I found the Vent Stack clogged. The Bathroom sinks are both full of Condensate Water. I tried to clear this but it will require a Plumber.

Bob E.
The upstairs thermostat was not set to 2-stage and there are 2 places where the insulation is not covered.

Bob E.
One of the 3 Thermostats we installed is defective. The new Thermostat for the Downstairs system was 6 degrees off the actual temperature and would not energize 2nd stage cooling. I re-installed his old Thermostat and checked system operation. Second Stage energized and everything appeared to be functioning as expected. At this time. We are returning tomorrow according to the Customer to finish Insulation and etc. We need to bring a new thermostat and re-install. I explained to the Customer the Industries lack of some parts. He said if we need to wait it was not an issue. As long as we are on top of the problem. The Customer has spent a considerable amount of Money and would like to pay for the Service I completed today when the new Thermostat is installed and we are completely done with the Insulation.

I was Dispatched for a drain line clog with large amounts of Condensate. The Filter was impacted as was the Condensing unit. I cleared the Drain Line with Dry Nitrogen. I cleaned and serviced the Condensing unit. The System is currently a 3-ton Carrier A/C with an up flow Electric Air Handler located it the Hall Closet. The Evaporator is dirty and causing an airflow restriction. The System is hovering just above the Freezing Point and was frosted when I arrived. I HIGHLY recommend a new System. The Customer has agreed to meet with Kevin before moving forward with repairs. He would like a call on Friday and an appointment ASAP! The Customer paid in full by CC.

Maintenance X 1. The System is a 5-ton, R-22, Lennox A/C with a Horizontal Gas Furnace in the Attic. The Home has a 2-Zone, Zoning System. The upstairs was set to 74. The Stat was holding 84. The Downstairs Zone is maintaining. The System is slightly low on R-22 but it will not accept Refrigerant. I explained the situation to the Homeowner. This is apparently par for the course for this System. The Homeowners are going to attempt to wait one more year to replace.

Joel S.
No cool. I arrived to find blower not working. The module was defective and I did a temporary so that the client would have air conditioning tonight. Office will call and check availability later this morning. Client is not down at this moment. I collected 700 tonight and 795 will be due upon delivery

I was Dispatched to a no cooling call. Upon arrival I found the Outdoor unit had a tripped Breaker. I reset the Breaker and checked unit operation. I found the Dual Run Capacitor to be defective. I replaced the Capacitor with a Turbo Capacitor. I cleaned and serviced the system and rechecked operation. Everything appears to working as expected. At this time. The Customer paid in full with a CC.

I was Dispatched to a no cooling call. The house has 3 systems I was requested to address just one System. The System is a Trane 19 SEER R-22 System. I did a visual walk through with the Customer. I the proceeded to evaluate the System. I cleaned and serviced the System in order to have a Baseline for evaluation. I found the System to be 1.5-3 pounds low on R-22. After discussing this with the Customer he elected to NOT charge the System at this time. He agreed we should have Kevin price new equipment before making a decision. I warned the Customer the System is operating below the freeze point of the Evaporator. This can and will cause System freezing. He understands the need for immediate action to prevent water issues. The. Customer was a little flustered because he is on Zoom meetings and Kevin and I have been to his house and now this news. He “locked” himself in his Office and told me he would be out of pocket for an hour or two. He did not pay the Diagnostic. Not because he

I was dispatched for a no cooling call for the downstairs system. I found the unit completely impacted. The upstairs was also impacted. I explained both units were extremely dirty and must be serviced before a Refrigerant diagnostic could occur. The customer insisted on following me. He took pictures and googled things as I explained them. He had apparently kicked another company off of his property this morning because the customer felt he was inept. I was warned before coming over here, I would be licked off too if I said or did something stupid. I did not apparently do anything stupid. I pulled the tops of both units and cleaned and serviced both. I then evaluated both systems. The upstairs unit was 2-pounds low on Refrigerant R-22. The downstairs unit has a defective TXV. The customer wants just to do the minimum required work. He wants a new TXV. I charged the upstairs System using a UEI WRS220 wireless weight scale. It required 2-pounds of Refrigerant R-22. I need to price the T
