Heat performance tuneup times one system. Other system is brand new. Found no problems with the older unit. Changed out both filters. Steve will call tomorrow and pay for the filter for the older unit tomorrow

I was Dispatched to perform a Post-Install Walk-Through. The System is installed to Code and is functioning as intended and expected. The Thermostat was not changed at the time of Installation. We need to bring one back ASAP. The Customer is fine with Monday or Tuesday of next week if necessary. Please call to schedule with the Customer.

I was Dispatched to a no cooling call. Upon arrival I found the MST Bedroom A/C Condenser with a bad Dual Run Capacitor. The Compressor and fan motor are drawing extremely high amps. The System is a 19-year old 3-ton Trane 11 SEER with a Trane Horizontal Gas Furnace in the Attic. Kevin came to do an Estimate. The new System is being installed on Friday. I was instructed to charge nothing for today!

Their Upstairs Thermostat is Defective. I need a new Thermostat. I returned on July 20th and replaced the Thermostat.

I arrived to find the common drain for both Systems clogged. I used the Drain Line Isolators to blow out the Drains. I ran 1/2 Gallon of Bleach into the Drains and followed that with 2-Gallons of hot water.

The drain lines from both Systems in the attic were clear when I arrived. I blew out both Systems drains as an added precaution. The water stain on the Upstairs Bathroom Ceiling is nowhere near a System or a Drain Line in the Attic. I would assume there is an emergent Rook leak.

I called when heading her way and was told they are out of Town and would be until Monday. She asked if we can schedule it for Tuesday. I told her I did not think that would be a problem. I arrived on Tuesday to replace the Sensor. I removed the old sensor and installed the new sensor. I reset the system and checked operation. Everything appears to be functioning as expected. At this time!

AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Changed out and supplied both filters. Drains are flowing clear at this time. Check outdoor units. 20 year old system is still putting along. Oh by Steve again that older units are unpredictable. Washed condenser coils test capacitor and contactor.

I was dispatched to a fault code on the upstairs Thermostat. I replaced the batteries in the remote sensor and performed a hard reset of the System. I could not get the remote sensor to be recognized by the thermostat. Per Bob he did not collect anything because he said he was just there last week and did her maintenance.

Inducer draft and blower motors amps are good. Functioning of furnaces are great.Also replaced downstairs media filter. Recommended adding insulation, will call us when ready.
